How to move existing reports from the Universal Report (Legacy) base to the new Universal Report base?

Instruction below is for Report Builder version 5.0.1 (DC) or 1.3.44-AC (Cloud) and higher

If you open a report based on the legacy Universal Report added to My Reports, , you will see a pop-up in the lower left corner asking you t o upgrade to the new Universal Report. Please click "Try this report's new look now".

After clicking on this option, you will see the converted report and a notification about successful changes.

You can return to a previous version of a report by clicking the Back button in your browser. You can even start editing the report and return to the legacy view before clicking Save. If you start editing, it may take several clicks to return to the previous version.

 

 

Please note that after saving a new version of the report, you can only create a new legacy report. Converted report cannot be reverted to a legacy version.
