Overview

This article describes how to configure Report Builder Cloud version.

Requirements

Only Jira Admin has access to perform Application configuration changes.

Accessing Report Builder Configuration Page

Option 1. From Manage Apps panel click on “Report Builder“ application, and then click Get started as shown below:

You will be prompted to application Welcome Page as follows:

On the left panel of the app, you can see “Configuration” button presented in a form of gearwheel icon. This button will navigate you to app Configuration page.

On the bottom of the page there are two most popular configuration options present to enable and disable some features present in the Report builder. Please note, manipulation with these settings directly from “Welcome screen“ is considered to be deprecated, and it’s recommended to navigate to Configuration page anyway to enable and disable these settings.

Option 2. Alternatively, you may navigate to the App directly from Apps menu:

Clicking “Report Builder“ will navigate you to User home page. From that page a navigation to Configuration page is also possible:

Note: Configuration page button is only enabled for Admin accounts.
