What type of data will be stored?
Actonic’s FREE Timesheets app does not store any content or any user data.
How does the app get data?
To get data in Jira, our app is using public Jira REST APIs. For example, with the Jira cloud REST API, we are getting issues and fields to show the data in Timesheet table.
The app is using all the required Authorization and Security technologies provided by Atlassian:
What platform and programming language was used to develop the application?
To develop our app, we use the Atlassian Forge framework for communications. We use JavaScript and TypeScript for front-end.
Which authentication protocols and technologies are supported?
Our FREE Timesheets app works with the Jira authentication system and supports all available authentication settings.
How often do you perform security testing?
As a part of our internal audit process, once per quarter.
What is your security incident management process?
Our “security incident management plan” is not publicly available at the moment. In case of any incidents, please contact support@actonic.atlassian.net
