How can I collect support zip logs and get support?

  1. Jira: Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose the System option.

Confluence: Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose the General configuration option.

2. Jira: Click Troubleshooting and support tools (under System support).

Confluence: Click Troubleshooting and support tools (under Administration).

 

3. Open the Create support zip tab and click on Customize zip.

4. Make sure that all checkboxes are chosen and click on Save.

5. Click on Create zip

6. Once the support zip is created, click on Download zip.

7. As soon as the support zip file is downloaded, please open Product Support - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net) and create a new support ticket. Please kindly attach downloaded file to the ticket.
