What is the difference between app versions for Data Center and Cloud?
Cloud and Data Center versions are almost the same. Both have the same interface and functionality. Only one difference is the ability to use Secured Work logs in the Data Center versions (read more).

Does your app store any personal data, and how does the app deal with it?
No, our app does store personal data or any other sensitive data from Jira. All the information about Teams and Team permissions is stored as user IDs and doesn’t know about usernames/email/etc.
We clean user IDs up after removing the user from all teams or after team deletion, if the user was part of one team only.
Which license do I choose when purchasing an app?
For Jira, you must purchase the app license that matches the highest Jira application tier. For example, if you have a 500-User Jira Software license, and a 20-Agent Jira Service Management license, your Jira apps must be at the 500-User level.
