Incompatibility with table filter and charts for Confluence

Using table filter and charts for Confluence and Inline Table Editing on the same page results with table viewing or editing.

Please disable one of the apps. How to disable Inline Table Editing for a particular page is described here: Inline Table editing

Copying a text from a row, pasting it and a new table gets created

Unfortunately, the combination “Ctrl + C/Ctrl + V” (Copy/Paste) in the table does not work like that in this case.
It's not a bug of our app, but “expected” behavior of a Confluence editor. To achieve your goal, you can use "Paste as plain text" (Ctrl + Shift + V).

Macro:

Formulas do not recalculate when we move, add or remove columns

Hyperformula does not recalculates alphabetic indexes in formulas after column or row has been manually moved. We hope it will be implemented soon.
Alternatively, you should save changes after column/row moving and reload the page. Now columns/rows identifier display correctly.

Macro:

After applying inline changes in the table, Contributor summary macro does not show updates

Unfortunately, Contributor summary shows changes done in edit mode. Due to Atlassian REST API limitations Contributor summary does not get updated. Please refer to https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-discussions/Update-content-API-does-not-update-Contributor-summary/m-p/2599930#M12395

Macro:

After merging cells, columns or rows in macro tables, undo and redo actions cannot be performed

Due to technical limitations it is not possible to take undo and redo actions after merging content t one cell. Unmerge cells option is available by right clicking on merged cells

Macro:

Adding task list limitations

Currently, it is not possible to add task list using icon.

Macro:

Undo is not supported for column header

Please note that due to technical limitations the undo feature is not supported for the column header. If you delete a column, Undo returns an empty column header, or if you make any changes to the column header, they cannot be reverted using Undo.

Macro:

Filtering and sorting are not working in Confluence tables with merged headings wraped to Inline Table Editing macro

If you wrap an existing Confluence table with merged heading to Inline Table Editing macro, filter and sort options will not be availble for this table due to tehnical limitaitions.

As a workaround you can add Inline Table Editing macro to a page, save changes. In view mode of the page you will be asked if you want to start with an existing file or to add an empty table. This table will have filter and sort functions.

Macro:

Can’t copy the header/ first row of the table

Due to technical limitations it is not possible to copy content a single cell in the header row or to copy the whole header row

Macro:

Adding column cause issue, if new column is added near a column with merged headings in Confluence tables wraped to Inline Table Editing macro

If you add a new column right or left to a column with merged heading in Confluence a table wraped to Inline Table Editing macro. The structure of added column may have the same as the structure of column with merged heading, or it may affect current structure of column with merged heading.

As the first workaround you can add Inline Table Editing macro to a page, save changes. In view mode of the page you will be asked if you want to start with an existing file or to add an empty table. This table will have filter and sort functions.

As the second option you can add a new column near column with merged heading in edit mode of the page.

Macro:

Emoticons, Statuses and other HTML-like content are not supported in formulas in Data Center

Due to technical limitations it is not possible to add emoticons, statuses and other HTML-like content to a formula.

If you add a fomula with this type of content, HTML will be cleared from the formula.
