As a team lead you would need a statistic what time is spent by your team members. You might need additional information about the progress (difference between spent time and capacity).

How to get general information?

To see the statistic you can open your team on the overview page and get the high level overview of time spent by eaach team member during the selected period and compare it with the capacity.

How to see detailed information?

If you need detailed overview of spent time you can use Worklog analysis option. On the Worklog analysis page you can apply any group options and see the detailed information for each Jira project, issue or worklog.
