How to use it
The Calendar could be used to show any issue field in calendar representation. This means that configured start date would be the start of the event in the calendar and the end date would be the end date of the event.
The Calendar report has three views: “Monthly view”, “Weekly view”, and “Weekly view with time”.
You can change it by clicking on the corresponding button.
You can see which fields have issue that shown as event in the calendar. In the body of the event card, you can see “View Event Fields”, these fields needed to show brief information about the issue.
For getting more info about the issue was provided “Event Info-card Fields”, these fields will be shown when you click on the event card.
On the right side, you have “Calendar sources”. You can hide or show this by clicking on the button at the bottom of this panel. Here you can create a new source by clicking “Add Source”, remove or edit old ones, and set the source as visible. For setting the source as visible, you need to click on the checkbox at the left of the source in the list.
For changing the range in which you see the calendar, you need to change it with buttons or click on the text with the date and pick the needed week or month. Also, you can see the today range by clicking on the “Today” button.
Configuration explanation
To configure a Calendar report you need to pick the needed range, view of the calendar, and add sources.
For adding a source you need to click on the “Add Source” button.
In the “Add Calendar Source” dialog you need to set:
Color of events
Pick any colorSource name
Filter By
You need to select which projects, issues, etc. you want to see in the Calendar.Event Start Time
Event End Time
View Event Fields
These fields will be shown in the body of the event cardEvent Info-card Fields
These fields will be shown in the popup after clicking on the event card.
Use cases
Show in which days workers have weekends, vacations, etc.
Show range between start and resolving the issue
