Use cases

Send Notification

Define a User or a Group that handle sensitive data, with this tool you can send an automatic notification and inform users how to handle a case. 

Add Comment to the Tickets

By configuring this function you can send an automatic comment to every ticket that belongs to this project, for example, you can add a piece of information like "sensitive data, the ticket will be erased in 3 weeks".

Delete Ticket

By using JQL you can define the scope of the tickets you would like to erase on a regular basis. So, for example, you make an automatic process to delete your support tickets every 3 months.

Hard cleaning

This option allows removing field values completely & irreversibly.
