(1) Perform any action that is possible via an POST request, for example, send Teams/Slack message or create a Jira ticket.

(2) In Cloud version we support reactions to “platform webhooks” and can start some template by ticket created/updated event. We also have an action which can send a webhook call from our app. Currently, we don’t support webhooks in Server / DC version. Not as trigger and not as “action”. Listen to events like page creation or update and immediately perform certain actions, including triggering WebHooks.

(3) We support REST API in Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Jira and Confluence (Server and Data Center). REST API is not available in our Cloud version of the app. REST API in Server and DC versions could be used for automatic creation of recurrent tasks, automatic execution of search templates, automatic exporting of found results to any external system, etc.
