Overview

On Team overview page you can switch between different views:

View

Description

Team summary

Provides general information about sum of spent time and capacity in the selected period.

Group by author

Worklogs are grouped by team member who logged time.

Group by project

Worklogs are grouped by Jira project where time was logged.

Timesheet

  • Sum of spent time per each day of the selected period, calculated per each team member

  • Non-working days are highlighted

  • Overbookings and less bookings are displayed red

To switch between different views, please kindly select a view from the drop down menu.

Team summary

Team summary contains the list of all team participants, who can book time to the team.

Team summary contains general information aout total logged time by each team member and their capacity. Total spent time and total capacity are calculated as sum of total spent time by each user and sum of capacities of each user.

Progress shows how much time in % has been already booked. Total progress is calculated as sum of spent time divided by the sum of capacity of each team member.

Group by author

Group by author view provides detailed statistic, where the data is grouped by team member, who can log time to the team.

You can see each worklog with the following details: date, ticket, worklog comment, time spent. If the user logged multiple worklogs to one day, they will be shown in the list separately and not summed.

You can see total logged time per each user and capacity per user.

Group by project

Group by project view provides detailed statistic, where the data is grouped by Jira project, who can log time to the team.

You can see each worklog with the following details: worklog author, date, ticket, worklog comment, time spent. If the user logged multiple worklogs to one day to the same issue, they will be shown in the list separately and not summed.

You can also see sum of logged time per Jira project.

Timesheet

Timesheet provides detailed overview, how much time was booked by each team member, who can log time to the team.

Timesheet view shows total spent time, capacity per each user and for the whole team.

Overbookings are highlighted red.

Non-working days (team or personal) are shown as colored cells. Color is taken according to leave legend color.
