What you might encounter
You might see two options for logging work (Log work) and two work logs panels. These duplicated tabs and options appear, because Jira has its own standard time tracking option, and Timesheet Builder provides possibility to log time and to see the time tracking panel. We are using pretty the same naming to avoid any misunderstanding of Jira out-of-the-box functionality.
You might also need to disable + icon on the time tracking panel, as this is another option to add Jira worklogs. If users will add worklogs this way, they also will not be included in the Timesheet Builder app statistic.
Why should I switch some options off?
❗ Please note, that we strongly recommend to hide these standard tab and option, because it will help to avoid the confusion and losing work logs by saving all logged hours in one place. To hide Jira standard option, please kindly follow the instructions below.
How can I hide Jira Work Log panel?
Open Administration – Issues
In the Issue features section in the left navigation find Time tracking
Click on Plugins settings hyperlink
On the page that just opened, scroll down and find Issue Tab Panels Plugin (you can also use browser search, which opens using Ctrl+f hotkeys)
Click on the arrow icon near plugin name
Click on the small + icon near N of 4 modules enabled
Make sure that the Work Log Tab Panel is disabled or disable it if it is enabled
How can I hide Jira Log work option?
Open Administration – Issues

On the new page that just opened scroll down and find Issue Operations Plugin (you can also use browser search, which opens using Ctrl+f hotkeys)
Click on the small arrow icon near plugin name
Click on the + icon near N of 37 modules enabled
Scroll down and find View Issue Ops Bar Work Link
Make sure, that it is disabled or disable if it is enabled
How can I hide the plus icon on the Time tracking panel?

Make sure that webfragments.view.issue.timetracking.create.worklog is disabled or disable it if it is enabled
