Open Administration – Issues
Find the Issue features section in the left navigation and navigate to Time tracking
Click on the Plugins settings hyperlink
Manage apps
Expand list of apps type near Flter visible apps
Select System
On the page that just opened, scroll down and find the Issue Tab Panels Plugin (you can also use browser search, which opens using Ctrl+f hotkeys)
Click on the arrow icon near the plugin name
Click on the small + icon near N of 4 modules enabled
Make sure that the Work Log Tab Panel is disabled or disable it if it is enabled
