Also in our cloud apps, no personal data is stored or forwarded to third parties. Only meta and configuration data is stored. User relevant data, is stored using an anonymized user ID. The apps fetch all relevant data from the Cloud and calculate all data directly in the user's browser.

All metadata is stored in the Atlassian Cloud. The cloud app is hosted and operated in a German data center — this is also where the data is located. The data is not deleted automatically, but on request to support. We have ensured that all stored and anonymized data is logically separated so that the actions of one user do not affect those of another.
