Overview

On the Manage availability page you can track your team related information as well as track your personal leaves.

If you are added to multiple teams, you might need to switch between them. To switch between different teams, please click on the dropdown list and select a team. You will get updated information immediately.

Team information

On the Manage availability page you can see some general information of your teams such as your role in the team, who is your team manager and what workload calendar you have in the selected team. This information can help you to get general overview.

Personal leaves

To track and to manage personal leaves you can click on the +Add personal leave button. The calendar with your personal leaves will open.

You have possibility to add a non-working day as a vacation day, sick leave or a day, when you are off for some emergency.

Your administrator can add a new legend according to the needs of your organization. Your administrator can also change color of any legends.

There are some system legends that cannot be used as the reason of leave. For example, Your team manager assigned to you a holiday calendar. These days will be marked as “team calendar”. You cannot add a new non-working day with this leave reason, as holiday calendar on the configuration level should be changed for this.

Your team manager can see your personal non-working days in a view in the team.

How to add a new non-working day?

To add a new non-working day, please follow the steps:

  1. Click +Add personal leave button, and calendar will appear

  2. Click on a cell which represents a day you want to mark as non-working

  3. Choose a legend from the list of available leave reasons by clicking on necessary radio

  4. Click Add to add a new day

  5. Selected day will be shown in the calendar as non-working day with the selected legend

  6. Save the changes by clicking on “Save personal leaves” button

How to delete a non-working day?

To delete a non-working day, please follow the steps:

  1. Click +Add personal leave button, and calendar will appear

  2. Click on a cell which is currently marked as a non-working

  3. Selected day will be shown as not highlighted

  4. Save the changes by clicking on “Save personal leaves” button

Why I cannot add personal leaves?

Some teams track their personal leaves in a technical ticket. Your team lead can disable the ability to add personal leaves, as it affects the capacity calculation. Non-working days are excluded from total capacity of period. If your team track leaves in technical ticket, the capacity for these non-working days may be still more than zero. Please contact your team lead.
