How to make a hard reload?

Please navigate to affected page, where you get an issue. Aftr that please kindly follow steps below.

You can try to use Ctrl+F5 option to hard reload the page. And if it does not call reload action, please kindly open Developer tools of your browser and then click on three dots in the top right corner in your browser (1), expand More tools.. (2) and select Developer tools (3)

Please just open it, and when it is open, please kindly right-click on reload button(4) and select the last option (5).
