One of the major GDPR requirements is that you must always know who is able to access personal data. In some projects and use cases you will process personal data, and you need to document who has access to it. Our module Permission Monitoring allows you to do it quickly and easily.

Current permissions vs Historical permissions

The module provides the ability to track and display 2 types of permissions:

  • Current permissions - a list of all current project permissions for a particular user, group or project

  • Historical permissions - a history of all permissions changes for a user, group or project

Current permissions - filtering options
