How to reindex issues in Data Center?
Please note that reindexing is required when upgrading Jira to version 11.x.
Due to significant difference in Jira versions 10.x and 11.x, unfortunately, without reindexing issues after upgrading Timesheet Builder to version 1.36.x or higher and Jira to v.11.x, some pages and worklogs in the application will not load.
Please kindly go to System from Settings (gear icon in the top right corner)
Scroll down and click on Indexing in the left hand menu. It appears in Advanced section
Make sure that you have Full re-index selected
Click Re-index button
