How to reinstall the app? Cloud guide

  1. Open your Jira and click on three dots next to Apps in the left menu

  2. Select Manage apps

  3. Click “Take me there”

  4. You will be redirected to administration. In the list of your apps find Timesheet Builder (you can use search) and click “View app details”

  5. If Uninstall button is not clickable, click “Unsubscribe”

  6. You will be redirected to Billing Console. Click on three dots in the top right corner of the form

  7. Click “Cancel subscription“

  8. Click “Cancel subscription“

  9. Select the reason and click “Submit feedback“

  10. Now please open your Jira site again in a new browser tab. Please be sure it is opened in a new tab, as some cache errors may appear. Please repeat 1-3 steps and search for the app. The search result should be empty and show “No apps connected“

  11. Go to Timesheet Builder | Time tracking and worklog analysis | Atlassian Marketplace and click “Try it free“ in the top right corner

  12. Select your site (if you have multiple sites)

  13. Click “Start free trial“ or “Buy now“ depending on the period of reinstallation

  14. Yor will be redirected to your site. Please ckeck the status. It should be in the top right corner of the page and it says “Added“. Congrats!

  15. Go to Apps in the left menu and expand the list

  16. Open Teams or My Timsheets module to start yuor yourney
