Cross Team Reports: Guide for Advanced Reporting

Cross Team reports extend team and personal time tracking functionality allowing you to build various reports accross all projects and all teams.

While Worklog analysis in Team and My Timesheets provide team and personal timesheets built according to selected Group by options, the reports available in Cross Team tab level up your view of time utilization and allocation accross all teams and Jira projects.

Build simple Time Tracking report to get high level overview of Sum of loged time, Original and Remaining estimate of each work item and sum per project. Read more about this report.

Create Timesheet report to get data about time spent on each task per user. It will show all the bookings during the selected time period. Data will be grouped by worklog author and work item.

Please note that by default, access to the entire module is restricted. No one will see the "Cross-Team Reports" icon in the left menu.

To grant access to authorized users, select the appropriate group in "Configuration" - "Visibility." This requires administrator rights.

This access rights management logic is designed to prevent users without permissions from seeing work log data. The access rights of the current user opening the report are not checked in these reports. This only affects the "Timesheet" report. The "Time Tracking" report does not require access rights checking, as this report does not contain user-level time information and only provides a general overview.
