Overview

The subsection contains a list of existing workload schemes, that can be assigned to a team member. It helps to allocate the resources and to calculate the capacity of current and future periods.

If you create a new team, the default scheme will be created. The default scheme is Monday-Friday 8h.

How to create a new workload calendar?

To add a new workload calendar please:

  1. Click on “+ Add calendar”

  2. Fill out the calendar name field on the opened modal dialog

  3. Set scheme

    1. To set the same time on each chosen day:

      1. You can type allocation in the “Time Commitment” field

      2. Select the days by clicking on the checkbox near the day you want to choose

      3. Click “Apply to all“

      4. You will see your time commitment in each chosen day field

    2. To set different times:

      1. Choose the days with non-zero commitment by clicking on the checkbox

      2. Type time in each field

  4. Click on the “Save calendar”-button

How to manage an existing workload calendar?

Please click on the pencil icon near the calendar you want to change to manage an existing calendar.

Please note, that:

  • If you change a calendar, that is assigned to a team member, there might be capacity calculation issues in the current period and in closed periods which were closed before the update to 1.17.0.

How to delete an existing workload calendar?

To delete an existing calendar, please click on the recycle bin icon near the calendar you want to delete.

Please note, that:

  • The default calendar cannot be deleted. Please select any other calendar as default to delete it.

  • If you delete a calendar, that is assigned to a team member, there might be capacity calculation issues in the current period and in closed periods which were closed before update to 1.17.0
