Team Overview The team overview page contains the main information about spent time, capacity, and progress of individual team member members and the whole team. These metrics are calculated according to the period.
You can switch between different views and grouping options, export the statisticstatistics, and close and reopen the periods.

Team The team overview is opened automatically , when you open a team.
If you are currently on another team page, you can open Overview the overview page from the top rigt right corner in of a team.

On the Team overview page, you can switch between different views:

Team summary | Provides general information about the sum of spent time and capacity in the selected period. |
Group by author | Worklogs Work logs are grouped by team member who logged time. |
Group by project | Worklogs Work logs are grouped by Jira project where time was logged. |

To switch between different views, please kindly select a view from the drop-down menu.

There are multiple time tracking formats, that are available in the top right corner. You can switch between different time tracking units to see the data in hours, minutes, days, and pretty print format.

You can export your statistics in csv and pdf formatsby CSV and PDF formats by clicking on the export icon.

Please note, that the data is shown according to the period duration, which is set in the configuration. Period The period duration can be montly monthly or weekly and each team inherite inherits the period setting that is applied on the overall configuration level. |
