Timesheet Builder app provides the possibility to track personal non-working days for example sick or vacation days.. It is important to manage personal non-working days and keep the non-working day's days calendar updated. The capacity on non-working days is calculated as zero, and the statistic of the team member’s workload during leaves is calculated correctly and does not affect the overall team statisticstatistics. That means that the progress is calculated correctly and that teams can still archive achieve 100% progress, although some team members are on vacation.

Navigate to the “My Timesheets” module of the Timesheet Builder app.
Click on the “Manage availability” button in the top right corner.
Select a team, where you would like to add non-working days.
Click on the “+Add personal leaves” button.
You will see the actual non-working days calendar.

Click on an empty date.
Choose the reason of leave for leaving by selecting the correct reason from the available list.
Click “Add”.
Click “Save personal leaves” to save the changes.
