Overview
Monthly view with time can be opened from the menu in the top right corner by clicking on the 4 squares icon.

Monthly view provides possibility to check logged time, change or delete existing worklogs and to log new work.
The data is shown as a table, where column is a day of the week, each cell is a day of a month. Worklogs in a cell are displayed one below another one. If there are 3 and more worklogs added to one day, you will see “+N more” on the left side below the last shown worklog. By clicking on the link, you will see the list of all worklogs added during this day.

Each worklog has the same size, no matter how long you worked and booked.
In the top right corner of a cell you will find the day of chosen month, and in the top left corner of a cell you will see sum of logged time.
How to edit existing worklogs?
Edit start date
To edit start time or start day of an exisitng worklog, you can simply drag an drop a worklog in new day or new day. It this case time started will be kept as it was defined during the worklog creation.

After moving the worklog you will see the worklog in respective cell. You will get an additional notification, that informs you about successful change of the worklog.

Edit worklog
To edit any other worklog fields, such as Team, Start time, Start date, Comment or Spent time, you would need an advanced option.
Please follow the steps below:
Hover on a worklog. A window with the worklog details will appear
Click on pencil icon. Modal dialog will appear
Change the fields
Click on the Save changes button to apply the changes or click Cancel to close the window without saving anything.

How to delete existing worklogs?
To delete an existing worklog you can follow the steps below:
Hover your cursor on the worklog. The window with the details will appear
Click on the recycle bin icon. Delete worklog window will appear
Confirm your action by clicking on the Delete button or click Cancel to stop deletion of the worklog

Please note, that you cannot delete any worklogs, if they have been added to a team, where period is closed and chosen worklog relate to this period. |
How to book time?
On the calendar view you can book time multiple ways: by clicking on any cell of any day in the calendar, by drag and drop an issue from the Issues panel or by clicking on Log Time button in the top of the page.
